We’ll meet with Department Heads, User Representatives, IT Support, IT Developers, Data Architects/ Info Security to capture all known data repositories both On-Premises & Cloud based. We’ll also check for staff & client records being used in Development & Test Environments.

We’ll then document and and discuss the extent of the current personal data holdings and usage across the business and prepare an approach document describing how to prioritise the remediation activities.
